There have been major new developments in our plans to purchase the property in which we currently meet. As you know, the owners of the property, the Hudson River Presbytery, put the property in the market back in April. Since that time, we have been in negotiations to purchase the buildings and in conversations with lending institutions. This week, a rumor came to our attention that a couple of weeks ago, the Presbytery had accepted an offer by another party. We have been able to confirm that this is indeed true, they had accepted an offer on the property. As per the terms of our lease, Vision now has the right of first refusal and to make another offer of our own.
